This is the base of the chargeport lid (door), and includes the hinge portion as seen in call-out #2 in the photos. This does NOT include callout #1, which is the exterior cover panel that is in the color of your Ocean. When installing, you will need to reinstall the outer panel from your original chargeport lid.
